The name “Gelo” is taken from the Greek noun “Gelos”, which means laughter. Gelos was also the divine spirit of laughter in Greek Mythology, so we’re basically named after a mythical god who laughed a lot. Did you know that the Spartans even built a temple to worship Gelos? Even some of history’s most legendary warriors knew how valuable laughter was.

The Gelo Company was founded by Bonnie Davies is a multi-award-winning producer, arts manager, and performer with over 20 years of industry experience. She brings together a sought-after team of passionate people who all have the same goal in mind.
